I do a lot of dry fire training. It is a very convenient and inexpensive way for me to train things like reloads, draw stroke, trigger control, malfunction clearance, and more. The SIRT Dry Fire Training Pistol can not fire live ammunition so it is an exceedingly safe way to practice anywhere.

The laser that is actuated by the trigger take up can be turned on or off. It is useful for training sight alignment while moving, trigger control during take up, follow through, and more. The laser that is actuated by the trigger breaking is brighter than the take up laser and it is designed to give the shooter immediate feedback as to where the shot would have struck the target.
