Valkyrie Combat and Sionics Weapon Systems have been collaborating on a special project and the result is worth a look. SIONICS has been working to bring a carbine based around the Geissele Super Modular Rails and this appears to be one of those that Valkyrie Combat has worked their coating magic on. I’ll share more details as they become available.

Beretta’s venerable 92F handgun has factory light rail options like those found on the the excellent but discontinued Vertec line or the currently available M9A1. However, the vast majority of the Beretta 92s on the market lack a light rail and for those guns there is the new upcoming Recover Tactical BC2 Beretta 92F/M9 Grip and Rail.
The new BC2 works the same way as the original Recover Grips for the 1911. It is a slim, polymer unit that screws in place of the grip panels and extends forward around the trigger guard and under the dust cover to provide a light rail. The portion that is bolted to the grip is essentially the same width as the factory grip panels so there is very little additional bulk that the shooter will notice.
The BC2 should be available soon. Recover Tactical is already showing working units at IWA.

Elzetta continues to build the suite of accessories available for their modular flashlights. The newest is a red version of their drop-in flood lens. This new version diffuses the light over a wide area and helps to preserve your dark adjusted vision. I suspect this would work especially well with the high/low tail cap to provide a low output, long runtime lighting option that preserves dark adjusted vision.

Innovative Arms has introduced the first integral S&W M&P 15-22 sound suppression solution. The M&P 15-22 Integral is available in 2 lengths – a 16.25″ barrel and an SBR option which is 4.5″ long. The suppressor features a user serviceable, stainless steel mono-core. The whole package adds just 4.5 ounces of weight.
