These rugged watches are powered by Swiss quality Ronda 515 quartz movements, and are intended for wear by both men and women. These fine watches will be proudly assembled in Mentor Ohio by highly skilled American watchmakers. SHTF Gear Protos Holster Updates
SHTF Gear continues to improve their Protos Holster and broaden the selection of compact handguns for which it is offered.
You may remember when this holster was introduced because of its clever trigger guard treatment. Kydex holsters (non-light bearing) typically retain on the trigger guard and this is what gives them their “click” in and “click” out. Kydex/leather hybrid holsters only retain on the kydex side of the holster which leaves them without the strong, tactile click of an all kydex holster. The Protos Holster solves this by wrapping the kydex completely around the trigger guard. This gives the strong retention of an all kydex holster and the comfort of a hybrid.
