WTF’s Insert 401 accepts three 556 mags or similar. Insert 401 is
intended for use in Spiritus Systems Micro Fight Chassis Mk4. Insert 401
has hook on the front and back.

Insert 401 is manufactured in the USA using milspec, Berry compliant,
solution dyed fabrics. MIL-W-5664, solution dyed, elastic holds mags
snug against a Hypalon friction pad for a well balance retention.

MIL-T-5038 webbing loops are ready to receive optional shock cord and
pull tabs should additional retention be desired. Milspec hook front and
back hold securely inside loop lined platforms.

Abrasion resistant MIL-DTL-32439 TIII 500D nylon lines the interior. All
of this is stitched together by skilled labor with A-A-59826A bonded
nylon thread to produce a tough, lightweight part.

Made in the USA. 2.1oz / 60g. Available in Multicam, coyote brown,
ranger green, and wolf grey.

Whiskey Two-Four is not afraid to try things that are different which is why I always watch them closely. Their most recent product is a testament to that. They are introducing a line of chest rigs with a built in slant that angles gear like magazine pouches in toward the wearer’s center line. This allows the pouches to be mounted out toward the sides of the rig while still being accessible. That in turn opens up the center of the rig so it is more comfortable in the prone and it breathes better.

Currently, they are only offering an rig that has a 4×3 PALS grid on each side and an open center. There may be additional variations in the future like a split front that incorporates the slant and more compact options. These laser cut Hypalon panels are designed to be used with WTF’s Universal Chest Rig Harness system.

Whiskey Two-Four’s Loop Anywhere is a handy way to add loop Velcro to any MOLLE compatible surface (read the JTT review here). It used to be available in several sizes but Whiskey Two-Four found that it could be cut easily with scissors (my experience backs that up) so they are now offering a large, 6 column wide version only. This allows the purchaser to cut it to the length that the need.
