PHLster Flatpack TQ Carrier

The new Flatpack TQ Carrier from PHLster is designed to make it as easy as possible to carry a full size tourniquet like the SOFT-T-Wide or CAT. It features a kydex backplate and a clever shockcord design that compresses the tourniquet into a compact, flat package. The shockcord is easily user adjustable for tension and can be released quickly to free the TQ for use (see the video below). Each Flatpack TQ Carrier comes with soft loops attached for a variety of carrying options and a piece of hook Velcro that can be adhered to the back for even more carry options.

The Flatpack TQ Carrier will be available by the end of this month at SnakeHoundMachine.com.

PHLster and Snake Hound Machine Join Forces

PHLster and SHM Black Friday 2015

This is one of cool stories “in the industry” where two companies come together in a mutually beneficial way that works out well for everyone… including you. PHLster gets to concentrate on production and creating new products. Snake Hound Machine gets a great product line for their growing retail store. You get quick-ship holsters with no lead time.

You can find a selection of PHLster’s most popular holsters, magazine carriers, and the excellent TDI Fightworthy Sheath on the Snake Hound Machine website.

SHM AK-47 Armorer Course

There really aren’t many AK-47 armorer courses offered in spite of the fact that the venerable, old rifle is more popular than ever. Snake Hound Machine is stepping up to fill that void.

It should be noted that this is not a builders course (you won’t be bending flats or riveting). It covers history, design, and modification including about 8 hours of lecture and hands on time instruction.

SHM and the Dead Goose Society will hold a course on July 11th in Houston, Texas. They can also set up a course anywhere there is a gun-friendly space and at least 8 paying attendees so, if you aren’t near Houston, you can still gather up some buddies and bring a course to you.
