Beez Combat Systems Short Barrel Scabbard
Beez Combat Systems introduced their Shotgun Scabbard last year. Now they are introducing the new Short Barrel Scabbard – a more compact version of the original, made for more compact weapons.
The Short Barrel Scabbard is designed to carry a short barreled shotgun or rifle vertically on the wearer’s back. It allows the weapon to be drawn with one hand, without removing the scabbard from your back. It has adjustable waist and shoulder straps and BCS can customize it with PALS webbing and Velcro fields.

AR500 Omega Armor Plate Carriers and Custom Camo from BCS
AR500 steel armor plates are popular with those who want rifle threat protection on a limited budget. However, the plates are often not shaped exactly like other plates which can make finding a carrier for them very difficult. Well, not any more. Beez Combat Systems (BCS) now has a full suite of plate carriers for the AR500 Omega Armor Plates from The Target Man.
The carriers come in 4 different styles that range from fuller featured load bearing set ups to lower profile, slick front carriers. BCS tells me that they are so happy with the designs that they are going to adapt them to traditional SAPI style plates as well.
BCS is now offering custom camo as well. They already stock a good selection of camo patterns and colors, but now you can send in your own pattern of your choosing. You provide the fabric and BCS will use the webbing and buckle color that they have in stock and is the closest match. This makes it possible to have the BCS gear that you want in any color or pattern that you can source.
BCS 20 Round AK47 Chest Rig
The Hungarian “Tanker” magazines are some of my all time favorite AK-47 magazines. They have a 20 round capacity which really reduces weight. They are less bulky, easier to handle, and they use the same springs and followers as standard 30 round mags so finding spare parts is easy. Beez Combat Systems is now offering a variant of their AK-47 chest rig that is designed to take these 20 round magazines. If you have standardized on 20 round AK mags, then this rig should be perfect for you.

AR500 Omega Armor Plate Carrier from Beez Combat Systems
Beez Combat Systems (BCS) has released additional information about their AR500 Omega Armor Plate Carriers. The new details include side plate carrier details and a padded spacer system.
The spacer system consists of padded strips that Velcro onto the back of the carrier. This provides padding for the heavy steel plates and additional airflow. The Velcro strips will also allow the carrier to attach to a future BCS soft armor carrier. You can read more about the design and see detailed pics at the Beez Combat Systems Blog.
