RE Factor Tactical Newton Bag

The RE Factor Tactical Newton bag is designed to discreetly carry a variety of tactical party favors but it looks like a fully functional computer bag… because it is a fully functional computer bag.

Many of the elements of the bag have been designed with a dual purpose, both common and covert. Innocuous looking pouches under the front flap are sized to hold magazines. Panels can be removed to expose MOLLE webbing. The laptop compartment is sized to hold a laptop… or an MP5K. Elements like these are found throughout the bag.

The 9-5 office crowd is not necessarily the market for this bag (unless your office is an international airport on a protection detail) but I can see a lot of crossover appeal with regular guy concealed carriers. Elzetta on Batteries

The most recent Elzetta video blog content is an important look at CR123A batteries. I have seen a handful of lights destroyed by mishaps with CR123A batteries and in all cases the batteries were cheap batteries that weren’t made in the USA. I have purchased cheap batteries in bulk only to find that the runtime was less than half in some cases.

US made CR123A batteries don’t have to cost much more than cheap foreign made batteries. This video points out that all domestically produced CR123A batteries are made in the same factory. Both Panasonic and Rayovac brand CR123A batteries are produced domestically and can be found at prices barely higher than the cheap non-domestic batteries. I have had great results with both.

Buying cheap, questionable quality CR123A batteries is false thrift… you’ll pay the price eventually.

Lone Wolf Distributors and Kifaru Timberwolf Collaboration

Lone Wolf Distributors recently built a special Timberwolf for Kifaru. Feast your eyes on this!

The build started with a Timberwolf lower that was Cerakoted Magpul FDE. It is topped off with a custom machined Lone Wolf G35 slide. The slide is also coated with Cerakote but then it received a laser treatment to create the camo pattern. In addition, the slide was machined to receive a Leupold Delta Point and suppressor height sights. The barrel is one of Lone Wolf’s own black oxide treated threaded barrels.

I wouldn’t kick that gun out of my holster!
