Hill People Gear is close to releasing a new Pocket Sling that will be able to convert their pockets like the Tarapocket and Palspocket into a stand alone sling pack. The adjustable strap features a padded side for comfort, keepers to manage the loose end of the strap, and a side release buckle for quick donning and doffing.

Mossberg just took the wraps off a new striker-fired handgun design, the MC1sc. This compact handgun, chambered in 9mm, is built for the concealed carry market.
The MC1sc has some interesting features like clear polymer magazines, dove tail sights, and a flat profile trigger. Mossberg claims that it has “superior ergonomics” thanks to a comfortable grip with aggressive texture. Perhaps the most interesting feature is Mossberg’s “Safe Takedown System” that requires the user to completely remove the striker assembly in order to take down the MC1sc.

Thomas Machine and Design is currently developing a line of hand guard adapters that allow end users to mount Aero Precision Quantum Hand Guards on Ruger’s popular PC9. They have also stated that they are developing a similar adapter for Ruger 10/22 rifles.
The adapters add about 1.5″ to the overall length of the hand guard which are available in 7, 9, 12, and 15” lengths. Each adapter will come with the selected hand guard (the hand guard is modified by milling off the top rail).
