Gadsden Dynamics Triple-G

The Triple-G, or Gadsden Grab ‘n’ Go, from Gadsden Dynamics looks different than just about any other piece of gear you’ve seen. This versatile kit is part bail out bag, part bandoleer, and part chest rig. It’s compact, versatile, and exactly the kind of thing you might want to pack with your “truck gun”.

The Triple-G is basically a panel with two rifle magazine pouches. The rifle mag pouches are the same tight fitting, open top design found on most of Gadsden Dynamics’ gear. The pouches are separated by a short gap that is the key to how the Triple-G can be folded into a compact package that is barely larger than the two magazines it can hold.

It has straps that allow it to be used as a compact chest rig or a bandoleer when it is unfolded. When it is folded, the straps and magazines are completely contained inside so it presents a low profile appearance. It looks innocuous enough when folded to not draw undue attention and it is small enough to easily fit inside a bug out bag or similar bag.

On top of all that, it is made by hand in the USA and costs $40.

Vertx® Solves Common Concealed Carry Problem With New Line Of Innovative Shirts

Cincinnati, Ohio – Vertx® announces the launch of its new line of shirts designed to comfortably carry concealed weapons and gear. The collection includes the new Guardian button-down style shirt and the Assessor polo. Both shirts are part of the Vertx® VaporCore™ line, which includes garments powered by 37.5® Technology woven into their fabric, assisting to regulate the body’s core temperature. The WeaponGuard™ feature protects wearers from skin irritation caused by carrying concealed weapons without an undershirt.

“Abrasion to the skin is a real problem for concealed carriers and wearing additional layers is not always an option,” said Justin Roberts, Vertx Brand Manager. “Our line of WeaponGuard™ shirts was designed in collaboration with end-users to develop a solution to this common challenge.”

Guardian Shirt – The Guardian shirt features a semi-compression WeaponGuard™ layer that begins at the lower chest and continues to the waist. This under layer is designed to comfortably guard the skin from chafing caused by concealed weapons, without having to don additional layers. The Guardian shirt has a button-front, pullover design for effortless donning, which includes snap button closures at the bottom of the garment that provides easy access to concealed weapons. Hidden body-side front plackets provide the wearer additional on-body space for weights or loading essential escape and evasion tools. The Guardian shirt is available in two solid colors and two modern plaid patterns in both long and short sleeve.

Assessor Polo – The Assessor polo features a traditional polo design with an athletic fit. The polo also has a semi-compression under layer that is designed to remain tucked into the pant, protecting the wearer from skin irritation caused by concealed carry. The short-sleeve Assessor polo is available in three heathered colorways.

Both garments feature a WeaponGuard™ under layer that is constructed with VaporCore™, powered by 37.5® Technology, which responds to the wearer’s body heat to regulate relative humidity and core temperature within their microclimate. This interaction keeps the body at its ideal performance levels of 37.5˚C and 37.5% humidity. Each shirt features underarm gussets for freedom of movement and were specially designed for ease of clearing and drawing concealed firearms.

Wndsn Telemeters: Official Manual

Maybe you’ve read about Wndsn XPD’s telemeters on these pages and thought they looked cool but wondered if you would ever be able to to figure out how to use one. I suspect that is a pretty common sentiment because Wndsn just released a new manual called Wndsn Telemeters: Official Manual.

The manual includes basic instruction on using a telemeter which is actually relatively simple. It also includes instruction for a number of more advanced uses of their telemeters.

Carbon Tactics Ti Slice

Carbon Tactics is a crowdfunding veteran at this point. They have already successfully funded 9 projects including a number of belts. Their latest project, their tenth, is a slick EDC utility knife called the Ti Slice.

The Ti Slice is a compact utility knife that is made from premium materials and with a smart, minimalist design. It has just three parts including the disposable utility blade. The body of the Ti Slice is machined from a single billet of titanium and the blade holder is machined from bronze. The blade holder simply slides inside the Ti housing and locks into place with either the blade exposed or completely contained. There isn’t a single screw or bearing in the design.

The titanium housing and Carbon Tactics’ in house production capabilities leads to variety of available machining and finishing options. The Ti Slice is available anodized in variety of colors and with a number of machined patterns. If they reach their $20K stretch goal, they will also offer multi-color anodizing.

The Ti Slice is barely longer and taller than the utility blade itself so pocket carry should be easy. It has a lanyard hole that can be used to attach it to a split ring for key chain carry or to further customize the Ti Slice with a lanyard.
