The Tactical Medical Solutions Uniformed Medical Kit (UMK) is purpose built to carry life saving medical gear without further cluttering a duty belt. The UMK uses hook material to mount to the front of a concealed body armor carrier. It is design to spread out its cargo over a large area so that it remain thin and low-profile. The front of the UMK is covered with loop material so that the adjustment straps of the body armor can be placed over it if necessary.
