The development of the Micro Trauma Kit NOW! has hardly been a secret but now it is actually available for purchase. There are two versions available: MOLLE mount and belt mount. Both versions feature a pull out tray design like their bigger brother. The outer pouch mounts horizontally and is open at either end so that the wearer may access the inner tray from either side. Once clear of the outer pouch, the inner tray can unfold and lay flat to give immediate visual identification and access to all the contained medical components. Alternately, the inner tray may be passed to someone else if needed.
The medical cross insignia on these pouches is laser but into the ULTRAcomp material exterior of the pouch. Each pouch comes with a selection of inserts (black, red, relfective/glow) that will let you customize the appearance of the cross.

I have mentioned the Blue Force Gear Wallet on these pages before but now Christmas is looming and you probably need gift ideas. There has been a BFG Wallet in my back pocket for 2 years now and I can say it is easily the best wallet I have ever owned.
I don’t like thick wallets so tri-folds, while functional, are not an option for me. Bi-fold wallets are slim but in their most common layout, they can’t hold enough cards before becoming too thick… if they can hold them at all.
The BFG Wallet is a bifold but with a different layout than most. Most bi-folds have a bill slot and a credit card holding zone laid out on either side of the fold (total of 2). The BFG Wallet has a bill slot, of course, but it has two credit card holding zones on either side of the fold (total of 4). It has more card slots which can either hold more cards or, better yet, spread out a few cards to keep the wallet very slim. The layout of the cards also allows the wallet to bend slightly in the middle so it conforms to your backside… Now, that is luxury.
On top all that, the wallet is constructed from BFG’s ULTRAcomp laminate material so it shrugs off water, won’t tear or crack, and is just generally durable without being thick or heavy.
