The Aimpoint 3X-C Magnifier is Now Available

The new Aimpoint 3X-C Magnifier, which debuted at SHOT Show 2016, is now available from authorized Aimpoint dealers.

Designed for the civilian shooter at a budget friendly price point, the 3X-C can be used in conjunction with all Aimpoint sights for long-range aiming or observation. Additionally, a variable (-2 to +2) dioptric setting allows this magnifier to be adapted to the individual shooter’s eye.

The 3X-C can also be used as a handheld 3X monocular. Aimpoint magnifiers utilize the red dot in Aimpoint sights as the aiming reticle, eliminating the need for re-zeroing when shifting between non-magnified and magnified aiming. The 3X-C is encased in a shock absorbing protective rubber cover that also creates an ideal ergonomic grip. Internal optical adjustments make aligning the magnifier and sight quick and easy.

HTA High Point Bullpup Conversion Update

High Tower Armory’s upcoming High Point Bullpup Conversion has been generating a ton of interest both here on JTT and across the firearm community. We now have some new information to add.

High Tower Armory (HTA) released a new image of the design that shows how the knuckle guard is removable. The trigger guard remains intact but the knuckle guard that covers the rest of the grip may be removed by the end user.

HTA has also stated that they are trying to bring this to market for $200-300. The interest in this conversion has been intense when can help drive the price down.

The stock is initially slated to be released in Black, OD Green, and FDE. It will also be very lefty friendly with ambidextrous controls.

Beez Combat Systems AK47 Chest Rig Split Front 4 Mag

Beez Combat Systems’ (BCS) new AK47 Chest Rig Split Front 4 Mag is now available. This low profile rig is designed to carry 4 AK-47 magazines as close to the wearer as possible while still keeping them very accessible with its open top (with bungee retainers) pouches.

The front of both sides of this split front rig are covered with 5 x 3 PALS webbing fields. Many of the rigs that BCS designs feature the same internal pouch design that gives large, uninterrupted PALS webbing fields across the front for the user to configure as necessary.

The split front is joined via two side release buckles which are easily repaired should you manage to break one. The design allows for easy donning and doffing along with increased air flow to the wearer.

The purchaser has several options at checkout when buying one of these rigs. Options include a fixed or adjustable split front. BCS always has a massive amount of color and camo pattern options on hand from which to choose. Finally, this rig is also available with a padded harness upgrade that makes it compatible with BCS hydration carriers. The padded harness upgrade offers a significant discount versus purchasing the padded harness separately.
