BFG – Alternate Dapper Use

Blue Force Gear posted a video that shows a handy alternate use for their Dappers (below). Dappers are their line of hook backed pouches that are intended to be attached to loop material that is commonly found inside of EDC and tactical backpacks, bags, and cases. The video shows that the Dappers can be attached to the carpet material that basically every car on the planet has lining the trunk and other compartments.

Perroz Designs Low Profile Slick Plate Carrier

Perroz Designs’ new Low Profile Slick Plate Carrier is now available. It features a very low-profile, slick plate pocket design with very thin Hypalon shoulder-straps and cummerbund. The plate pockets are constructed from 500D Cordura Nylon on the front and backed with spacer mesh to add just a bit of padding and breathability. It is available in a number of colors including Multicam, Kryptek, solid colors, and more.

The promo video below gives you a good idea of how low profile it is. Notice how the cummerbund stays well clear of belt mounted kit and there is almost no bulk around the shoulders.
