Crimson Trace Equips Walther PPS M2

(Wilsonville, OR)– Crimson Trace, recognized as America’s top brand of laser sights, today announced that the Laserguard® LG-482 (red) laser sight is now being offered as pre-installed equipment on the new PPS M2 semi-auto 9mm pistol by Walther®.

The innovative LG-482 Laserguard laser sight with red diode is designed to securely install around the trigger guard of the Walther pistol. Like many Crimson Trace® Laserguard products, these laser sights feature the company’s patented Instinctive ActivationTM, a feature designed to activate the laser when the firearm is held in a normal firing grip—and when the user is ready to fire. No other product in the laser sight market offers this capability. The Laserguard laser sights can be adjusted for windage and elevation, and are covered under Crimson Trace’s Free Batteries for Life program, as well as the company’s 3-year limited warranty.

Tyrant Designs HALO Series MiniVert ForeGrip – Now Available

Tyrant Designs has been teasing for months about their newest product but the time has come. The HALO Series MiniVert ForeGrip is now available to order.

The MiniVert ForeGrip has Tyrant Designs’ signature style which is to say it looks like it was designed by a sentient computer and machined by CNC robots to be used on plasma guns wielded by a futuristic race of cyborgs. In short, it looks great… but looks aren’t everything. Care has been taken with its slight angle and well placed texturing to ensure that it performs well too.

With dimensions slightly smaller than the average AR-15 vert grip, the MiniVert sports an aggressive looking knurl and well thought out ergonomics. SCALARWORKS LAUNCHES AIMPOINT MICRO MOUNT FOR BENELLI TACTICAL SHOTGUNS.

Sneak Peek: Forward Control Designs ABC/R v2

Forward Controls Design is working on a new version of their Augmented Bolt Catch/Release (ABC/R). The new ABC/R v2 will feature a thinner, tapered upper paddle instead of the lightening cuts found on the original ABR/R.

This change will cut weight where it counts the most on a bolt catch. Before someone pitches a hissy fit about how lightweight AR accessories are out of control… It is important to keep any additional weight on the bolt catch to minimum. Additional weight on the paddle can cause reliability issues like the bolt locking back before the magazine is empty. I’ve seen these malfunctions caused by a number of aftermarket products that attach to the bolt release.

Angstadt Arms UDP-9i Pre-Order

Remember the Angstadt Arms UDP-9i? It’s an integrally suppressed version of the Angstadt Arms UDP-9, a Glock magazine compatible pistol caliber AR-15, that we previewed last month. The UDP-9i is now official. It is going into production with delivery beginning in 8 weeks.

The UDP-9i will be available in 3 variants:

  • UDP-9iR – Rifle variant with 16″ barrel (8″ barrel, 8.1″ suppressor core) that requires a single tax stamp for the suppressor
  • UDP-9iP – Pistol variant with 11.9″ barrel (6″ barrel, 5.9″ suppressor core) that requires a single tax stamp for the suppressor
  • UDP-9iC – SBR variant with 11.9″ barrel (6″ barrel, 5.9″ suppressor core) that requires two tax stamps for the suppressor and short barrel
