Gadsden Dynamics Triple-G

The Triple-G, or Gadsden Grab ‘n’ Go, from Gadsden Dynamics looks different than just about any other piece of gear you’ve seen. This versatile kit is part bail out bag, part bandoleer, and part chest rig. It’s compact, versatile, and exactly the kind of thing you might want to pack with your “truck gun”.

The Triple-G is basically a panel with two rifle magazine pouches. The rifle mag pouches are the same tight fitting, open top design found on most of Gadsden Dynamics’ gear. The pouches are separated by a short gap that is the key to how the Triple-G can be folded into a compact package that is barely larger than the two magazines it can hold.

It has straps that allow it to be used as a compact chest rig or a bandoleer when it is unfolded. When it is folded, the straps and magazines are completely contained inside so it presents a low profile appearance. It looks innocuous enough when folded to not draw undue attention and it is small enough to easily fit inside a bug out bag or similar bag.

On top of all that, it is made by hand in the USA and costs $40.

Sneak Peek from Circle 10 AK and Zulu Nylon Gear: Circle 10 AK 3 Cell Chest Rig

Circle 10 AK and Zulu Nylon Gear are collaborating again. They have teamed up to produce the upcoming Circle 10 AK 3 Cell Chest Rig.

The new 3 Cell Chest Rig shares common features with their earlier collaboration, the 5 Cell Chest Rig. It has the same 1 mag, open top magazine pouches that can fit everything from 30 and 40 round AR-15 magazines to 30 round AK magazines thanks to their adjustable bungee retention. The 3 Cell Chest Rig also features  a map/admin pocket behind the magazine pouches and the same lightweight harness that Zulu Nylon Gear uses on their RSCR.

These will be available from Circle 10 AK soon.

Lead Faucet Tactical Lightweight Carbine Sling

The LFT Lightweight Carbine Sling, designed by Dan Brokos of Lead Faucet Tactical and manufactured by Armageddon Gear, is just about as light and compact as a “padded”, quick adjust sling can be. The sling is so compact and pliable that it can nearly be shoehorned into a chew can!

The sling is constructed from nylon webbing, Hypalon, and Tweave. It is the use of the Hypalon and Tweave that thin out and lighten this sling. The Hypalon is thin, very resistant to tearing, and hard wearing. The Tweave “pad” is comfortable for the wearer because it has some stretch while also being hard wearing.

The sling functions like many other slings on the market. The user pulls the webbing end to tighten the sling quickly. They can pull the cord tied into the slider to loosen the sling just as quickly.
