Ryker Nylon Gear Ankle First Aid Kit (AFAK)
Ryker Nylon Gear’s Ankle First Aid Kit or AFAK is a compact first aid kit pouch designed to ride concealed on your ankle. It weighs just 2.25 ounces but boasts 4 different pockets. There are 3 vertical pockets which can be used to store items like tourniquets, gauze, shears, hemostatic agents, compression bandages and more. The unique horizontal pocket is designed to carry a chest seal.
The AFAK also comes with an extension piece that allows it to be worn over high ankle boots. Check out the AFAK at Ryker Nylon Gear.

Shellback Tactical – Cobra Buckle Duty Belt Gen 2
Shellback Tactical’s new Cobra Buckle Duty Belt Gen 2 is now available for pre-order. This 2″ wide belt features stiff, 2 layer scuba webbing construction. The interior of the belt is Velcro lined for use with an inner belt and the exterior is covered with Cordura nylon for a clean look. The AustriAlpin Cobra Buckle makes the belt easy to don and doff.

Kitchen Sink Pouch – Wilde Custom Gear
Wilde Custom Gear’s Kitchen Sink Pouch (KSP) is aptly named. This single pouch incorporates dedicated storage for several different items that would otherwise require the use of 3 or 4 separate pouches.
The KSP has a flap covered pouch for stowing a pistol mag, flashlight, multitool, Snickers bar, or similarly shaped items. There is an open top AR-15 magazine pouch with bungee retention behind the pistol mag pouch.
The KSP also features 2″ deep, flap covered pouch for stowing medical supplies or admin items. The front of this pouch has a small loop Velcro field for patches, ID, or a cross patch to indicate that the pouch contains first aid items. The bottom of the pouch has 2 elastic loops that can be used to store a folded tourniquet.
I could see a pouch like this being used on a compact chest rig where space is at a premium. Check out the Kitchen Sink Pouch at Wilde Custom Gear.
