Snake Eater Tactical Plate Carrier Update

If you saw the teaser image of Snake Eater Tactical’s upcoming plate carrier, you probably wondered about the matrix of holes cut into the plate pockets. We now have an answer. The holes are part of a patent pending system that will allow the end user to use paracord or similar to mount MOLLE pouches. This will free the end user to place pouches just about anywhere and even at angles.

This is going to be a very interesting product release. Pre-orders will open this week at SnakeEaterTactical.com. Stay tuned for details.

Spiritus Systems Micro Fight Chest Rig Goes A La Carte

At a fancy restaurant, “a la carte” means the asparagus doesn’t come with your steak. You have to pay extra for everything. At Spiritus Systems it means you get to buy what you need and not pay for stuff that you won’t use.

The Spiritus Systems Micro Fight Chest Rig’s modularity is one of the biggest feathers in its cap. It can be configured to serve multiple weapons or be utilized in multiple ways simply by mixing its various components. To that end, Spiritus Systems is no longer selling the Micro Right Chest Rig as a complete, turnkey system. They have moved to an a la carte offering that allows the consumer to purchase only the parts they need.

So, if you are going to use the Micro Fight Chest Rig as a chest rig, you can purchase the chassis, all the straps, and magazine inserts. If you will only ever use it docked on your plate carrier, then you can skip all the straps. If you plan on supporting 7.62 and/or 5.56 chambered rifles, you can purchase the appropriate magazine inserts separately. You get what you need and don’t pay for the components that you don’t need.

You can check out the Micro Fight Chest Rig at Spiritus Systems.
