EXOTAC candleTIN Nano

Candles are useful parts of any survival kit. They can be used for light, heat, cooking, and as a flame extender for fire starting. EXOTAC’s new candleTIN Nano is easy to add to any kit thanks to it’s compact size and lightweight (less than 1 ounce). In spite of the small size, these little guys will still burn for 4 hours.

In my experience, EXOTAC’s candleTINs meet their claimed burn times and are of very high quality. These are sold in packs of 3.

Minuteman/Pro-Tech TR4 Manual

Minuteman Watches and Pro-Tech Knives have collaborated on a special version of the TR4 Manual Knife (a manual version of the TR4 automatic). The TR4 is a great knife in both manual and automatic form. This particular TR4 has several special touches that set it apart like an individual serial number (only 40 made), a special Minuteman engraved pocket clip, a DLC coated blade, and a custom lanyard. Just like the watches that Minuteman sells, 25% of the profits from this knife will go to veteran’s charities.

Southern Grind Spider Monkey

Southern Grind’s Bad Monkey folder is one of my all time favorite knives. It combines great ergonomics with great quality, a licensed Emerson Wave Opening feature, and a heaping helping of titanium and carbon fiber which never hurts. Now we have a more compact Bad Monkey spin off to look forward to called the Spider Monkey.

This teaser image from Southern Grind shows the Spider Monkey’s more compact blade compared to the larger Bad Monkey.

The Spider Monkey and it’s 3.25″ blade is more compact than its older brother, the Bad Monkey. The new blade also happens to be ground from S35VN steel. Hopefully, there will be more details on the Spider Monkey at Blade Show. In the mean time, check out Southern Grind and all the good things they are doing to put Americans to work and help kids.

Henry Holsters Glock 43 AIWB Holster

Henry Holsters has their Glock 43 holsters tuned in and ready to carry. They have one of the first AIWB options available for Glock’s new single-stack 9mm.

These holsters are molded to CNC machined molds that are made in house. They are molded from Boltaron 4332 plastic and have a wedge molded into the back that help keep the butt end of the gun tucked in toward the wearer’s body. They also have user adjustable ride height via a strut and all stainless steel hardware.

Check out Henry Holsters.
