Grip Stop is Good-to-Go on AR Pistols

I know many of you applied common sense and were already using your Grip Stops on AR-15 Pistols. However, some people just have to have to permission so Lanco Tactical obliged. They have received official correspondence from the ATF confirming that the Grip Stop is similar enough in function to other angled for grips to be used without complication on an AR-15 pistol (see the letter below).

I should note that the Grip Stop offers a lot more functionality than your typical angled grip. Check out our review and then head over the Lanco Tactical to learn more.

Given ATFE’s yes-I-did-No-I-didn’t doubletalk on the arm braces, I’d say any letter from ATF saying something is lawful is not worth the paper it’s printed on since they vacillate like a screen door in a hurricane.

Agreed. However, Lanco Tactical has a product to sell and some people just can’t function without permission.

Ditto. It’s approved until it is not approved.

What specific Cerakote/Durakote color is this weapon?

It’s all black anodizing with no CeraKote at all. So, it should be pretty easy and inexpensive for you to recreate.
