Now you can “Embrace the Radius” at a lower price. True North Concepts has launched their first polymer version of their excellent GripStop. The injection-molded polymer construction makes this new version both extremely durable and very lightweight. The new version has the same dimensions as their aluminum standard length version and is MLOK compatible.
The Polymer GripStop – Standard Length (MLOK) is available in Black or Earth Brown. It weighs just 0.7oz including the hardware.
The Gripstop is now officially part of the B5 Systems line of accessories. B5 System is producing the Gripstop complete with their branding. They have also introducing a new model – the Gripstop-K.
The Gripstop-K is more compact than the original and is skeletonized to reduce weight. It should be right at home on today’s long and light KeyMod and M-LOK rails.
I know many of you applied common sense and were already using your Grip Stops on AR-15 Pistols. However, some people just have to have to permission so Lanco Tactical obliged. They have received official correspondence from the ATF confirming that the Grip Stop is similar enough in function to other angled for grips to be used without complication on an AR-15 pistol (see the letter below).
