Whiskey Two-Four Plate Carrier 06

WTF’s Plate Carrier 06 is made in the USA from US made, milspec, solution dyed, Berry compliant, IRR compliant nylon fabrics. Plate Carrier 06 is available for small, medium, large, and x large SAPI and 10 x 12 plates.

Plate Carrier 06 accepts WTF’s Accessory Panels, SwiftClip® placards, and similar.  Plate Carrier 06 accepts WTF’s proprietary G Hook back panels and cummerbunds attached with hook and loop.  Plate Carrier 06 plate bags have a generous stretch panel and will accept a wide variety of industry standard size plates in respective sizes.

VELCRO® Brand USA hook and loop panels both front and back accept IFF, ID, etc. On both plate bags, two webbing loops accept split bar female buckles for accessory panel docking. VELCRO® Brand USA One-Wrap strips make hydro and commo management easy and quick. PALS (often erroneously referred to as MOLLE) back panels, hydro back panels, aid and litter back panels, explosive breaching back panels, thermal breaching back panels, commo back panels, and other back panels offer added value and versatility to scale as necessary.

Optional shoulder pads (sold separately) enhance comfort and routing options while further reducing fatigue.

Plate Carrier 06 uses MIL-DTL-32439 500D nylon, MIL-W-17337 & A-A-55301 nylon webbing, A-A-55126 nylon hook & loop, A-A-59826 bonded nylon thread, MIL-W-5664 nylon elastic, safe and modern machinery, and well compensated skilled labor to produce a cost effective, versatile, scalable, plate carrying solution.

Plate Carrier 06 is manufacturable. Whether for direct or dealer sale, this design is realistic for us to keep in stock or near stock with (as close to) on demand cut & sew (as we can get) and replenishing inventory on the fly. This design represents a balance of durability, ease of assembly, machine operator fatigue reduction, COTS materials use, cost effective cut and sew methods, self jigging/locating design, scalability, and usability.

Plate Carrier 06 is lightweight. A size medium Plate Carrier 06 is just under 1lb / 450g with Cummerbund 02 and without an accessory panel.

WTF Insert 401 for Spiritus Systems Micro Fight Chassis Mk4

WTF’s Insert 401 accepts three 556 mags or similar. Insert 401 is
intended for use in Spiritus Systems Micro Fight Chassis Mk4. Insert 401
has hook on the front and back.

Insert 401 is manufactured in the USA using milspec, Berry compliant,
solution dyed fabrics. MIL-W-5664, solution dyed, elastic holds mags
snug against a Hypalon friction pad for a well balance retention.

MIL-T-5038 webbing loops are ready to receive optional shock cord and
pull tabs should additional retention be desired. Milspec hook front and
back hold securely inside loop lined platforms.

Abrasion resistant MIL-DTL-32439 TIII 500D nylon lines the interior. All
of this is stitched together by skilled labor with A-A-59826A bonded
nylon thread to produce a tough, lightweight part.

Made in the USA. 2.1oz / 60g. Available in Multicam, coyote brown,
ranger green, and wolf grey.

Whiskey Two-Four just dropped their newest creation – the Outer Belt 04 MOLLE Micro PALS Shooter’s Belt. The name may be a mouthful but, like all Whiskey Two-Four products, it is made right here in the USA with innovative materials, high-tech processes, and comes in at a great price.

Outer Belt 04 MOLLE Micro PALS Shooter’s Belt has an 8 layer Tegris stiffener running the length of the belt. Combined with milspec, abrasion resistant, solution dyed nylon; Belt 04 is as stiff as it is lightweight.

Belt 04 accepts both modular pouches and hook/loop lined slide on pouches. ITW 2″ GT buckle offers a quick, lightweight, corrosion proof, quiet, secure closure. Outer Belt 04 is intended for use with a loop lined inner belt like WTF’s Belt 00.

Like all WTF products; Outer Belt 02 is made in the United States from USA made, milspec, Berry compliant materials.

Whiskey Two Four PIMPS Carriers and Inserts

Whiskey Two Four has been working to greatly expand their PIMPS line of modular load carriage gear to include their line of carriers and inserts. If you haven’t been keeping track, it would be worthwhile to familiarize yourself.

The carriers are many and varied. They have the Accessory Panels like the 05, 13, and 38 which can accept any of the inserts and can be clipped into any compatible plate carrier. These Accessory Panel carriers can also be turned into stand-alone chest rigs with the addition of a PIMPS harness.

Their insert line has also grown. They now offer magazine inserts that will fit a variety of magazines including 9mm stick mags, 5.56 mags, 7.62 mags, and others. All of these items can be purchased a la carte to build the perfect rig for the end-user’s needs.
