Fix It Sticks just rolled out three new bits for use with their tools or any other tool that accepts standard 1/4″ shank bits. The new bottle opener bit is relatively straight forward and self-explanatory. The 1911 bushing wrench is designed to depress the plunger and allow the user to rotate the barrel bushing for removal. The Mini Pry-Bar can be used for light prying, removing nails, and more. It also features cutouts that allow it to be used as a wrench for 1/4″, 5/16”, and 3/8” nuts.

The kit comes with standard 1/4” bits and two torque limiters for precise adjustments. These kits are designed for tightening down scope rings, mounts, action screws, M-LOK accessories, SCAR Barrel Change Screws, etc. in the field or at the range. The trademark FIX IT T-handle provides several modes of use, to gain leverage and reach hard to access parts like AR type pistol grip screws. Combine shop level function with the lightweight and portability of this field kit, and never find yourself wishing for a tool left back on the work bench when issues arise at the range. The entire kit comes organized in a black zippered ballistic nylon case, with enough room to add additional tools, lube, thread locker, etc.

Fix It Sticks is now offering Glock specific bits for use with their tools (or any other tool that accepts 1/4″ shank bits). They are offering two different bits include a punch for disassembly and a front sight nut driver. The front sight tool is particularly interesting because it is magnetic and has a ledge to prevent the bolt from dropping into the tool.
Fix It Sticks’ Magnetic Patch is just what it sounds like… a magnetic patch. It can be attached via hook and loop to several of the cases that Fix It Sticks offers for their tool sets or to your own case/matte/range bag if you have a loop material field.
The idea behind the patch is simple and handy. If you are working with screw driver bits and small parts, you want those parts to stay put as opposed to migrating off of whatever surface that is serving as your mobile gunsmithing bench in the middle of a carbine course/range trip/hunting excursion. The Magnetic Patch serves to hold those bits and parts while you work.
Fix It Sticks also cleverly only applied the hook material around the perimeter of the back of the patch. This creates a lip around the back of the patch so that it can serve as a small tray if that is a more convenient way for you to work.
