Echo Nine Three V4/QD – Perfect AK Underfolder Sling Mounting Solution
If you own an AK with an underfolding stock, get a box of tissues because tears of joy are about to flow down your face and I don’t think I am overstating this (maybe a little). Underfolder stocked AKs are notoriously hard to sling. Well, that is about to change when the Echo Nine Three V4/QD Sling plates are released.
The picture shown above is a prototype mounted on an AK with an underfolder. We have talked about the V4/QD before but only in the context of use on AK pistols. Now that I have seen this, I think these are going to jump the head of a very short line of sling mounting options for underfolders. It positions the sling at the rear of the receiver where it can be used for single and two point sling applications and is tucked nicely out of the way. It uses standard push button QD swivels and is fully ambidextrous.
Installation is just as simple as the other Echo Nine Three Sling Plates. Just remove your grip, drop on the Sling Plate, and re-install the grip.

Snake Hound Machine Standard Glock Package
Snake Hound Machine (SHM) loves liberty and they love Glocks. I guess that’s why we get along so well. SHM’s new Standard Glock Package is now available for Gen 3 and 4 Glocks. The I.C.E. Claw EMS rear sight is hooked to make one handed emergency manipulation easier, and it is paired with a green fiber optic front sight. SHM polishes a 3.5# connector and Zev Fulcrum SS Trigger and Trigger Bar to create a 3.5# trigger pull with minimal pre and over-travel. The package is topped off with a Lone Wolf Extended Magazine Release. You can also add an INFORCE APL and Off The Grid Concepts holster as an option at the time of purchase.

Crowd Fund IMFDB Improvements
The developer of IMFDB (Internet Movie Firearms Data Base) is attempting to crowd fund improvements to their site.
Many of you are likely already familiar with IMFDB but for those who are not, it is vast repository of firearm knowledge as it relates to movies. Want to know what gun Al Pacino use in Heat? You go to IMFDB. Ever wonder about the slick machine pistols in Equilibrium? You go to IMFDB. You get the picture. If it has to do with guns and movies, you can probably find it at IMFDB.
It is a great resource but it could be even better. IMFDB is attempting to gather funds to improve the page editing interface, create a more consistent design, and improve the search functionality of the site. These things don’t come cheap, so, if you are interested, check out the IMFDB project page at RocketHub.
