This simple extension attaches to the factory magazine release and extends it out to either side making the release easier to activate from either side. IWI US has been teasing the release of their new 7.62 Nato/.308 chambered Tavor 7 and it is sure to pique the interest of bullpup fans everywhere.

Features (muzzle to butt):
• Muzzle threads: 5/8 x 24
• 4 position variable gas regulator (including off)

• Ambidextrous (all the time) magazine release position like our X95, similar to an AR-15.
• Ambidextrous charging handle with push through receiver functionality. No need for tools or any disassembly.
• Ambidextrous (all the time) safety selector with a 450 rotation (unlike 900 on our SAR and X95).
• Ambidextrous (all the time) bolt release behind magazine; similar to the Tavor SAR.
• Ejection port covers are user configurable in the field with a simple slide of the case deflector.

We’re usually quite succinct in our newsletters, this is a rare occasion when we’re a bit long winded.
This July, one of us at FCD will become a newly minted United States citizen. An immigrant’s perspective of the freedom we take for granted can be quite different and sobering, I believe one needs to not only travel abroad, but also live in a foreign land for a few years to truly appreciate the unique rights and freedoms the Constitution grants and guarantees all Americans.
We’d like to take the opportunity to thank all the men and women that have fought to keep this nation free. It is solely because of them that we’ve been able to enjoy our safety and liberty, and all the opportunities America affords us. We do not take our freedom for granted, we do not take our men and women in uniform for granted, they are the heroes of the nation to whom we owe an immense debt I don’t think can be fully repaid.
