UW Gear Adds PenCott Webbing

UW Gear just placed an order for the new Hyde Definition PenCott Webbing (PredatorBDU blog has the details on the new webbing). This printed webbing will now be standard on all their PenCott camo chest rigs. I can tell you that this webbing matches the patterns very well in my limited experience with the Badlands pattern. UW Gear had a sample of the webbing that they used on an AK Swampfox MKII that I ordered.

I also ordered a Ranger Green Minuteman MKII with Coyote Brown pull tabs and I am really happy with how it turned out. UW Gear used Coyote Brown hardware and stitching which makes for a very attractive color combo. The contrasting color makes the pull tabs easier to see.

Domari Nolo PenCott Covers

Viper Headwear makes great hats right here in the USA. Domari Nolo Defense Consulting recently worked with Viper Headwear to whip up some low-profile, unstructured, fitted covers in Hyde Definition PenCott GreenZone and Badlands.

The caps feature loop fields on the front for patches and a loop field on the back for nametapes. They are available in a variety of sizes that will even fit large headed cap wearers like myself.

SDU Grey from Emdom

Grey is the new black. It might just be the new Coyote Brown, too. Emdom USA has been making a limited number of their products in SDU Grey since 2008. Now, with the increasing acceptance of grey as a versatile color choice for law enforcement, urban and maritime operations, and civilian users, they are going to be offering the color across most of their product line. Gryphon Defense Technologies PenCott Camo

I am a sucker for the PenCott family of camo patterns and I recently came across a Serbian company, Gryphon Defense Technologies (Gryphon DEFTECH), that makes several uniform items in the PenCott patterns. They are certainly not the only company doing this but they are one of the few manufacturers making helmet covers in the PenCott patterns. They have shown covers in both GreenZone and Sandstorm and they look great.
