D-Rmor Gear Holmganga V1.0 Universal Pistol Scabbard

Introducing the Holmganga (“Honor Duel” in Old Norse) V1.0 Universal Pistol Scabbard by D-Rmor Gear. You asked, and we listened, and after extensive testing and redesign, we are pleased to announce it is available for pre-sale, with orders expected to start shipping February 1st 2022 in order they were received.

The Holmganga addresses a common issue with handgun carry- the need for dedicated holsters for each make, model, and accessory (get a new light? Well, time to get a new holster.) Now, you can venture forth knowing that whatever sidearm you choose, the Holmganga can accommodate.

Better to lengthen that in the next version – to cover then entire trigger and barrel assembly. In a universal holster the best I have seen are the velcro wraps which adjust girth and length – also known as MUHL holsters. They are COTS for some who travel without a weapon yet carry from one supplied at the worksite but no idea what they will be issued.

I found one online checking the details carefully to see that the retention system wasn’t sewn in backwards or other goofy stuff wasn’t done from the dozens of suppliers. It will fit a Canik TPF9X or a SW 4566 TSW, and most of the smaller light/laser combos. Unwrap, insert firearm, adjust length of carry, adjust retention, then wrap to fit and secure.

These very much will solve the multiple accessory problems of adding/subtracting and offer secure field carry, too. When Bianchi made the holster for the M9, they proved a nylon fabric done right will work well and the makers who follow those specs won’t go wrong.

pls no integral mag pouches and a proper sight channel cutaway to handle RMR’s for the gear kweers would be ok.
