I have been following Fight and Flight Tactical for a while. I first came across Dave, owner of Fight and Flight Tactical, when I was looking for some pouches to use on the side of a Kifaru MOLLE Express pack. His Sustainment Pouches were just what I wanted. Now I have the privilege of introducing Fight and Flight Tactical as an advertising partner on JTT.
Since that initial experience with Dave’s gear, I have had the chance to use several other pieces of gear. Some, like the 4×4 Hybrid Patch Panel, I have reviewed on JTT. Other gear, like the Leader’s Arm Board and YUCK, will be reviewed in the near future.
Dave makes a wide variety of gear for everyone from military aviators, to K9 handlers, to regular folks like me. Good quality, good service, and a fair price are all things that I have come to expect from Fight and Flight Tactical. So make sure you drop in to FightandFlight.com and welcome Dave to JTT.
I run a Fight and Fight Sustainment Pouch on the back of my PC to hold my Camelbak. It is a great size for plate carriers, but I wish they came with the option of a grommet to route your hydration tube out of and a paracord loop to hang your bladder inside. Easy enough to do yourself, but I would pay a few extra bucks for the option. Great pouch and the price is unbeatable.
I will pass on your request to Dave. I bet he could easily add something like that.
@Battle Systems: That’s a modification we’ve considered for future models. We actually have a series of pouches based on the Sustainment Pouch that will be coming out this year. They include, but are not limited to, a hydration carrier version, a padded and lined version (in full and 1/2 height – which is great for NVG’s), a clamshell 3/4 zip version (also another with horizontal PALS for under-pack mounting), and also we will add the option to put loop velcro on the inside for organization for the standard and clamshell versions. We do these currently on a custom basis, but hope to get these in stock in the next several months.
