Blind Horse Knives has been dissolved into two separate entities as owners L.T. Wright and Dan Coppins have decided to part ways. Both men have opened new shops that will be cranking out knives soon.

The BHK-T1 was one of several great knives to come out the Blind Horse Knives shop.
Too often, knife makers are willing to market a knife as a serious self defense blade but then they never offer a blunt training drone version which seems kind of counter-intuitive to me. Blind Horse Knives is now offering an aluminum version of their Batwing Pro that we mentioned earlier this month. You’ll have to call to order. Check out the live version of the Batwing Pro at Blind Horse Knives, but hurry because it will be gone in a couple of days.
Blind Horse Knives is holding a virtual knife show on Saturday, July 20th (tomorrow) starting at 9AM. They will post a video on their Facebook Page that shows you the details of all the available knives. If you see one that you want, you call 740-219-1141 to place your order. I think this is a pretty cool concept.

Every month, Blind Horse Knives (BHK) creates a new knife to offer for a limited time. If it sells well, it may find a place in their regular line up. These monthly special knives are often a really cool opportunity for BHK to try new things so the designs are often pretty unique. This month’s special is the BHK-T2 and it is a real looker.
The BHK-T2 draws obvious inspiration from traditional tanto style blades (a far cry from the angular American style tanto blade shapes that are prevalent now). The overall length is 9 3/8″ with a 4 1/2″ long blade. It is ground from 1/8″ thick D2 steel and features Resiten scales (like micarta) with scallops for additional grip. The T2 comes with a versatile kydex sheath that allows to be carried in a number of ways.
