KE Arms is now offering the Easy Sling Adapter for the KP-15 lower receiver. The Easy Sling Adapter makes use of the rear sling mounting slot on the KP-15.
If you have used this slot before, you know that it can be a bit of a hassle to get the sling tight enough. The adapter is designed so that it is self-tightening as the sling is pulled. It is also much easier to swap slings from the adapter than the fixed slot.

Our patented mounting interface will easily attach to slotted rail systems and only requires one set screw for quick installation. The Forward Controls Design CSF (Carbine Sling, Forward Controls) has all of the usual attention to detail you expect from a Forward Controls product. It’s simple in function and construction.
As usual, they have provided a lot of information on the background of this sling. Forward Controls states:
When creating the CSF, we follow our established project development procedures: define the objectives, develop means to achieve them, early proof of concept prototypes, and weeks and months of tweaking and refinement before it becomes a shipping product.
CSF isn’t modeled after or based on any particular sling, though one may say Vickers comes close. We defined the areas we deemed important and honed in on these. There are only so many ways to make a 2 point adjustable sling, CSF isn’t meant to be ground breaking, it is designed to be a hard use sling that is easy and intuitive to operate. As shooters ourselves, we’re no strangers to slings and using them, we have experimented with quite a few throughout the years, including the much maligned single point nut busters, which eventually turned into leashes for our Poodle mix, Charlie.

CSF is released on a scheduled basis, as each is painstakingly hand made. From cutting the webbing, sewing with our vintage Bernina sewing machine to final assembly and QC, CSF isn’t the fastest and easiest product we have, quite the contrary really. CSF won’t compete with well established slings, nor is it our intention to, it’s something we make for our friends and customers because of the persistent sling shortage, with features we like as shooters.

KE Arms is pleased to announce the KP-9 Monolithic Polymer Receiver. The KP-9 combines the features of our highly successful KP-15 Monolithic Polymer Receiver with our billet KE-9 Glock magazine compatible lower to make a lightweight, highly durable, cost effective pistol caliber carbine lower.
The KP-9 accepts Glock 17/19 magazines and comes with an adjustable steel ejector making it compatible with a wide range of blowback 9mm AR15 uppers. The magazine release is ambidextrous as standard for right and left handed shooters.
Tooling is scheduled for completion in Mid-July 2021. Production is estimated to begin in August 2021.
The KP-9 will be available in several configurations with a starting MSRP of $159.95
Stripped: Includes all proprietary parts needed
Mil-Spec: Complete with Mil-Spec Fire Control Group and 9mm 5.4oz Heavy Buffer
SLT: Complete with Sear Link Technology Trigger. Sear Link Technology makes these triggers particularly more durable in pistol caliber carbines as there is no traditional disconnector for the hammer to be driven through. This unit also includes an ambi selector.
REKLUSE: Complete with RTS-1 REKLUSE Trigger. The RTS-1 REKLUSE is the next generation Sear Link Technology Trigger with an improved sealed housing and full power hammer spring for increased reliability with combloc primers. This unit also includes an ambi selector.
Limited Run of 500 OD Green KP-9s will be produced in 2021. They will all be sold as this model with the RTS-1 REKLUSE Trigger.
