Be Heard: Comment on Proposed Brace Ruling

It can be tempting to think that your voice doesn’t matter… that the BATFE is going to do whatever it wants in spite of your comments. However, in recent history that commenting process has turned back a potential ATF ban on M855 ammunition.

The unified voice of gun owners has worked before. This is why it is disappointing to see just 73,000 comments on the BATFE’s request for comments on the proposed Pistol Brace rules.

Be sure to make your voice heard. Comment today: https://www.federalregister.gov/documents/2020/12/18/2020-27857/objective-factors-for-classifying-weapons-with-stabilizing-braces

Haha you fools keep fighting for your pistols. It’s a clown world and both sides of this are absolute fools that’s clear. You don’t like the rules so you twist their verbiage and syntax to make new boundaries…… so then they get new writers and your all blown away by the unconstitutional attack on your 2a? Lol. It’s absolutely hilarious.

What would be your suggested plan of attack? Or, are you suggesting compliance? Or suggesting willful disregard of all firearms laws, rules, and regulations as they are stupid and bad?

Woke is not awake. Suggest you familiarize yourself with how and why the Constitution evolved, and the reasons for the 2nd Amendment.

I believe that the 7th is the date when the pistol brace thing will be released, but not necessarily opened for comment.

Thank you for taking the time for my reply. I do feel this is a over reach that actually is more on the rediculous side that I feel in no way stifles any criminal behavior. This instead is more of a action that seemingly is a method of striving to create criminals of people who are currently law abiding tax paying citizens who have no desire of doing anything more than being productive citizens who desire only to remain in anything other than a attitude of self defensive posture. Yet it does seem that more ways are being devised as a way of stepping in the direction of disarming American citizens. More efforts and funds should be spent on securing the freedoms and rights of the law abiding tax paying citizens of our nation not try turn them into criminals. After all please remember that there are many of us out here that love our law enforcement officer and would back them up in times of need! I would hope you would discard this notion of what I feel is non productive for there are far more things of importance to be addressed rather than trying to put things into law that has negativity towards the law abiding citizens of our nation! After all who is the last line of defense of our nation? It will not reduce the crime in our nation and I think you know this.
