Direction Action USA’s new website is live. Direct Action Gear is a tactical equipment manufacturer out of Poland that has begun a push into North America. If you are a fan of the PenCott family of camo patterns this will be particularly good news since DA uses them in their gear extensively. The current lineup of products shown on the site is somewhat limited but the line will be expanding over the next several weeks. Keep your eye on the site for new releases.
Designed in Poland, manufactured in Asia
Which isn’t necessarily a problem at all… Without international trade then the USA would be totally screwed. Over 50% of US energy (coal, gas, oil) is imported. Should we not use that because it’s not made in America? I get that it’s good to support local and national business. But it’s also important to trade and sometimes made abroad means made cheaper (but not necessarily any worse.) Unless you’ve used someone’s stuff don’t be so quick to berate it.
I don’t believe marko was berating the brand. He was stating a fact. Where an item is made can tell you a lot about the business model and ethics of a company. I wish all product reviews contained manufacturing information.
