Several companies make “bikini” style tourniquet holders that mount in a single column of PALS webbing. The TQ-Holder from Verdande.EU, a tactical gear maker based in Denmark, provides more coverage than most.
The TQ-Holder is made from laser cut Hypalon that Verdande.EU skeletonizes to make even lighter in weight than it already is and wider, heavy duty elastic. The result is a carrier that provides improved coverage but still weighs very little.

So how easily is the tourniquet removed from the holder, especially under stress? Seems like it might be a little bit of a challenge to grab ahold of it and successfully remove it from the holder under stress.
