Until now, there has been no way for international customers to order a new UW Gear chest rig but that is all about to change. 0241 Tactical is now a UW Gear authorized dealer and they offer international shipping. The gear purchased via 0241 Tactical will still be subject to lead times since all UW Gear rigs are made to order. 
UW Gear has introduced their new pouch design for Glock 33 round “Happy Sticks”. The pouch may also fit other similarly sized stick magazines but it has been specifically built and tested for 33 round Glock magazines. A rig like this make more sense now than ever with the proliferation of RDS equipped handguns and the use of compact pistol caliber carbines/pistols as PDWs.
The video below shows the new pouch being utilized on the UW Gear Bandoleer but it can also be utilized on their chest rig designs. Like all UW Gear magazine pouches, it makes use of their exclusive tuck tab flap closure and integral drainage hole.

UW Gear will now offer the A-TACS iX camo pattern across their entire line of chest rigs and other support gear. The A-TACS iX pattern is not listed on their website so you will need to either note that you want it in your order comments or email UW Gear after your order.
John at UW Gear recently posted an interesting video on his vlog channel, Alpha-Charlie Concepts. The video discusses and shows graphically how an effective desert camo pattern like PenCott Sandstorm can still be effective even in areas with heavy green foliage elements.
There is more to camo than just color matching. Remember that an effective camo will also use shape and depth to break up your outline. No camo pattern is perfect or universal but when coupled with fieldcraft, most can be quite versatile.
UW Gear will be offering their selection of gear in All-Terrain Tiger Stripe for a limited time. This pattern is essentially tiger stripe elements in a very Multicam-ish color palette and according the UW Gear’s testing, it performs very well.
You won’t find this option on their website. Order the rig you want and mention that you want All-Terrain Tiger in the order notes or email UW Gear directly so they can send you an invoice.
