MK262 is a proven performer but it doesn’t come cheap. Most MK262 ammunition cost nearly $1 a round and that is why it is nice to see Widener’s Reloading bring an MK262 clone to market at a lower price (as low as $.78 per round).
According to Widener’s, this IMI 77GR OTM 5.56X45 is made on the same lines as the IDF’s MK262 and the only difference between this and real deal MK262 is some additional sealant. I have shot quite a bit of IMI ammo over the years and it has been universally good so I have high hopes for this ammo.
