SAVANNAH, GA—March 11, 2013—Blue Force Gear® announced today that they will provide their weight-slashing Helium Whisper™ pouch attachment system to STRATAGEM®.  While other U.S. companies have already begun licensing this technology, STRATAGEM takes the lead as the first overseas manufacturer to license Blue Force Gear’s Patent pending Helium Whisper.
