Target is Moving

Target is Moving is a lightweight, compact moving target that can be used a number of ways. It’s AA battery powered motorized base is shielded against accidental strikes and can be attached to a target stand at your outdoor range or hung from a target hanger on an indoor range.

The included remote control allows you (or your shooting partner) to control the speed at which the target moves and the mode (constant, random, etc.) from up to 50 yards away. The target portion is easily replaceable (8 are included) and made from cardboard so it can handle anything from rimfires to rifle rounds and everything in between.

This seems like a compact and easy to deal with way to add some movement to your training.

Griffin Armament just rolled out their new M4SD Linear Comp. It is unique in that it is the first linear compensator designed to serve as a suppressor mount. It also has small ports at the time to help with muzzle rise (most linear comps have no vertical or lateral ports).

This represents what could be an interesting functional combination. The user would have sound suppression when the suppressor was installed and even when the suppressor is not installed, the concussion would be directed down range.

S.E.T. War Belt from Snake Eater Tactical

The S.E.T. War Belt from Snake Eater Tactical is actually three belts that comprise one system which can be warn multiple ways.

The first belt is a thin Hypalon pants belt with Velcro sewn to the exterior. This serves as the anchor point for the other belts.

The second belt is a 1.75″ duty belt made from parachute webbing and closed with a Cobra buckle. This belt is the outer most component of the system and features a Velcro lining to mate with the other components. This belt also has channels built into the underside to capture MOLLE straps and prevent your gear from sliding around on the belt.

The final component is the belt pad which is made from closed cell foam and heavy mesh. It has Velcro on both sides so that it can mate with both the pants belt and the duty belt.

The strength of this design is it’s modularity. All three components can be worn together, the pants belt and duty belt can be worn without the pad, or either belt can be worn separately. The S.E.T. basically scales up from simply holding up your pants, to CCW, and then all the way up to supporting a basic fighting load.
