Meyers & Co., Inc. is pleased to announce the release of the M2A1F Flash Hider, developed in response to requests for a more durable flash suppression solution for the M2A1. Leveraging patented flash suppression design, the M2A1F preserves the superior performance and durability that the warfighter has come to expect from B.E. Meyers & Co., Inc. products.

COMPACT, RUGGED AND RELIABLE

The M2A1F is made from a specifically selected alloy that has been heat treated to provide increased durability, and reliability over current competitive devices. Its left-hand thread pitch allows for quick and easy installation, and eliminates risk of separation from the barrel by self-tightening as shots are fired.

The M2A1F is a truly compact M2A1 flash hider. Measuring in at only 4.625” long, the M2A1F represents only a small increase in overall length of the weapon platform when compared to other legacy M2 variants, and does not negatively affect the cyclic rate of the short recoil M2 system.

ENGINEERED FOR DAY AND NIGHT OPERATIONS

The M2A1F’s patented open-tine design is internally serrated to diminish visible signature in both day and night engagements. The effectiveness of the M2A1F’s flash suppression supports uninterrupted use with night vision devices, eliminating momentary blindness and flash distortion.

B.E. Meyers & Co., Inc. is proud to announce that Caylen Wojcik has been appointed its newest Brand Ambassador. Caylen is a renowned subject matter expert on long range, precision rifle shooting and is no stranger to B.E. Meyers. Over the past several years Caylen has worked with the B.E. Meyers’ Engineering Team, providing a hands on experience to both educate and enhance product design and development. His input and expertise have played a fundamental role in the combined efforts that have made products like the MAWL™ what it is today.

“Over the last few years, we’ve been fortunate enough to work with Caylen as part of new product development and R&D projects, as well as participate in his long-range precision rifle courses which are absolutely outstanding,” said Matt Meyers, C.E.O. of B.E. Caylen Wojcik began his career in the United States Marine Corps as an infantryman, and quickly moved into the scout/sniper community. Within the sniper community he served in almost every billet available to a scout/sniper, to include serving as an instructor at the Scout/Sniper Basic Course, as well as serving as an instructor at 1^st Special Operations Training Group for the Urban Sniper and Urban Reconnaissance and Surveillance courses. Caylen participated in a combat deployment to Iraq where he sustained an injury which led to a transition in career from military to the private sector. Since then Caylen has continued to provide instruction in the areas of long range precision shooting to responsible armed citizens, law enforcement agencies, and military units from around the country.

Caylen is a published author, and a competition record holder. He is an avid backcountry hunter and precision rifle competitor, and uses these disciplines to formulate new training programs that create more effective shooters.

As a B.E. Meyers Brand Ambassador, Caylen will focus on reaching the precision shooter community through education and outreach as he continues in his role as the Director of Training at the Gunwerks shooting school in Cody, Wyoming.

November 17, 2017 (Redmond, WA) – B.E. Meyers’ MAWL, GLARE, and IZLID series of lasers will be on display at the SCOPEX exhibit (booth #L060) on November 21-24, at Milipol Paris 2017.

B.E. Meyers’ Modular Advanced Weapon Laser (MAWL), a high power infrared and visible green aiming and illumination laser for individual carbines, offers improved ergonomics, interface, and performance. The MAWL-DA has been designed from the ground up around the evolved needs of the modern night fighter and is currently in use and deployed on operations with both Tier 1 Special Forces, and internal security agencies in the U.S., Europe, and other nations.

The LA-22/U (formerly known as the GLARE RECOIL), was selected by MARCORSYSCOM as the sole source Hail and Warning device for the U.S. Marine Corps’ Ocular Interruption Systems (OIS) program. It features B.E. Meyers’ patented SmartRange™ technology that utilizes laser range finding and near-field detection to self-regulate power output. The result is controlled EyeSafe™ irradiance in addition to maximum permissible exposure on target. B.E. Meyers & Co. also offers a class 1M variant of the LA-22/U, the GLARE HELIOS.
