The new Multi-Mode Tourniquet Attachment (MTA) from Arbor Arms is just about as simple as gear can be. The ways it can be used to attach a tourniquet to your gear are just about endless. The use can thread it into webbing, PALS, slots, straps, or any other place you can tuck it into your gear with the shock cord loops exposed. Then you tuck your TQ into the loops. This simple design makes the MTA versatile enough to be used on belts, chest rigs, packs, plate carriers, and more.
Holosun recently teased a optic with full titanium construction. Titanium is just exotic enough to garner my interest whenever it rolls across my social media feeds.
Holosun didn’t make the benefits of titanium construction clear but experience tells us they could be lighter weight, increased durability, or some measure of both. While it is always exciting to see companies working to innovate, it remains to be seen whether any potential benefits from titanium construction would justify the increased cost of such an optic.
Extreme Gear Labs has been working on a new belt mounted pouch for AK-47 shooters. The pouch manages to look like a vintage piece of of AK kit but it is thoroughly modern in materials and design.
The EGL AK-47 Belt Pouch is designed to mount on a typical loop backed shooters or rigger belt (1.75-2.00″ wide). The open top pouches accept .308 KYWIs inserts which serve to retain the magazine. The use a large bucket type pouch with a hard liner is a great way to retain an AK magazine as their lugs tend to tear up pouches that fit directly against the magazine.
Fix It Sticks’ Magnetic Patch is just what it sounds like… a magnetic patch. It can be attached via hook and loop to several of the cases that Fix It Sticks offers for their tool sets or to your own case/matte/range bag if you have a loop material field.
The idea behind the patch is simple and handy. If you are working with screw driver bits and small parts, you want those parts to stay put as opposed to migrating off of whatever surface that is serving as your mobile gunsmithing bench in the middle of a carbine course/range trip/hunting excursion. The Magnetic Patch serves to hold those bits and parts while you work.
Fix It Sticks also cleverly only applied the hook material around the perimeter of the back of the patch. This creates a lip around the back of the patch so that it can serve as a small tray if that is a more convenient way for you to work.

This cover shirt is designed with concealed carriers in mind. It features a weighted concealed pockets in the front bottom of the garment to help clear the shirt during the draw stroke. The cut of the shirt is athletic which, coupled with the stretch fabric used in the Jedburgh’s construction, allows for a full range of motion. This shirt also features pearl snaps instead of buttons so it can be opened quickly to gain access to your belt line.
