W-EO-HCP-1The Warrior Assault System Helmet Cargo Pack (HCP) is a versatile cargo pack with a main central compartment for general storage which opens via a heavy duty zipper. Inside a separate sleeve holds a 3 litre hydration bladder (not included) there are 2 side pockets on the outside providing additional storage of a variety of small items. On the outside of the main compartment is a fully adjustable folding pouch which is designed to store a combat helmet or jacket, clothing etc. The Helmet Cargo Pack can be worn with 2 padded removable shoulder straps or when these are removed the HCP can be MOLLEd on to the back of any armor carrier.  Total pack capacity is approx. 12 litres.

The Helmet Cargo Pack is currently available in MultiCam, Coyote, Black, OD Green, Ranger Green, A-TACS-FG, and A-TACS-AU.

Sneak Peek: T.REX ARMS 6 Second Mount Holster

T.REX ARMS will be releasing a holster for ALG Defense 6 Second Mount equipped Glocks. The holster is based on their yet to be released drop leg design with their slick swiveling leg strap anchor.

The holster will be compatible with a number of attachment systems including Safariland’s ubiquitous 3 hole system. This will give the user nearly countless options for how they attach the holster to their gear and make it possible to fine tune the ride height.

The holster body is molded from .125″ kydex which is the thickest material you see in common use for holsters. This thickness should provide plenty of protection for the firearm. It is not a concealment holster to the use of thicker material is appropriate and welcome.

UW Gear Minuteman 6, Bandoleer 4, and Double AR Mag Pouch

The new Minuteman 6, Bandoleer 4, and Double AR Mag Pouch have been added to their site and are available to order as part of their regular production line. All of these items leverage UW Gear’s new double magazine pouch design that we have described in a previous post.

It is also interesting to note that the name of the Swampfox chest rig has been changed to Swampfox 4 in this most recent site update. It seems that we can expect a Swamp Fox 8 with the new double AR magazine pouch design in the future.

Whiskey Two Four Ultralight Chest Rig – Mix and Match

Whiskey Two Four (WTF) is now selling their ultralight, laser cut hypalon chest rigs in a unique way. They sell the modular harness set separate from the actual MOLLE compatible chest panels. This allows the user to purchase a single harness and whichever panel or panels that suit their needs.

WTF is offering three different panels at this time: a very compact 6 columns by 3 rows panel, a larger 12 column by 3 row panel, and a split-front 8 column by 3 row (4 columns per side) panel comes complete with side release buckles to close the split. The panels can also be adapted to mount on plate carriers that work with the Velocity Systems Swift-Clip system. They also feature several small round holes placed in strategic locations. These holes allow the user to use flange button head cap screws to mount hard objects like kydex magazine pouches.

The available harness is a simple, H-harness design. It comes as a set that includes the shoulder harness and lat strap. There are built in strap management features and the lat strap has a shock cord expansion section that lets it flex with the wearer.
