CAA MCK – Micro Conversion Kit – More Features, Made in the USA, Lower Price

CAA has improved their RONI product line with the introduction of the new Micro Conversion Kit or MCK. The MCK boasts several improvements over the previous RONI Micro, not the least of which is that it is now made in the USA and costs $100 less!

Additionally, pistol versions now come standard with a longer stabilizer brace that is easier to use. It also has an aluminum barrel shroud as compared to the plastic shroud on previous versions. The new MCK allows access to the slide release and the chassis retains the charging handle making the conversion easier to install and uninstall. It also incorporates a spare magazine holder among other improvements.

These are available to order for several handguns including a model for the Glock G17, G19, G19X, G22, G23, G31, G32, and G45 along with models for the Sig P320, Glock 21, and S&W M&P 2.0. CAA states that most models will ship before Christmas.

To summarize… CAA has taken an already well-liked product and started making it in the USA, reinforced key areas with metal, improve the brace, added other features… and they are charging less for it. That sounds like a winning strategy.

As cool as it looks levitating inches above the grass, the effect îs somewhat diminished by having the sights on backwards.
