Dimitri Karras Answers

Dimitri Karras has supplied JTT with a PDF document that he states was sent to Ares Armor CEO Bryce Sterlin this morning. It is Karras’ assertion that the press release sent out by Sterlin this evening regarding Karras’ release from Ares Armor contains false statements and is in retaliation for this PDF document.

In the document, Karras claims that that Sterlin and Ares Armor are falsely attributing quotes, falsely portraying veteran status, breech promises made during the sale of Ares Armor, and more. Read the PDF document HERE.

I firmly stand behind Dimitri, and offer my full support. Ares will never get another dime of my money, or the money of anyone I know, if I can help it….

the new Ares lacks a lot of ethics, Thomas Balldick seems like a douche who blames being a douche on deadlines and his former career in tv. I’m done with them too…

Glad to see him fire back, knew something was up last week when they posted this on the blog:
“The prior management of Ares Armor had a long-running dispute with the ATF over the legal issues of 80% lower receivers for AR-15 and AR-10 style rifles, and what constitutes a firearm. That conflict came to a head when agents conducted a raid on the company in March 2014.

Today, the bureau is pleased with the new ownership of Ares Armor Inc. Through the initiative of CEO, Bryce Stirlen, the two sides now have an open, constructive, and professional dialogue, regardless of differences in opinion on American’s rights under the Second Amendment of the Constitution.

“Sometimes in business you may not like what you have to do, but you do it because it is right,” says Ares Armor Inc. CEO, Bryce Stirlen. “Having a healthy relationship with an entity which has as much power as the ATF is an intelligent way of conducting business. It protects the interests of our clients, customers, and employees. Conducting a constructive relationship between Ares Armor Inc. and the ATF is tactical in nature.”

Adds Stirlen, “That said, make no mistake, we WILL NOT waiver from protecting our Second Amendment Rights. We, however, choose no longer to incite conflict with the ATF – or any other government agency or official – through disruptive and disrespectful behavior.””

Once again, lawyers bleed a company dry as it fights injustice at the hands of a tyrannical government. A sad, sad day for freedom and those who have given so much for that ideal.
Once again the venture capitalist strip the bones of the dead and dyeing for profit.
I purchased from Aries because of Dimitri. Without him there is no Aries.

I will never give another dime to Ares Armor. I have on of the first Mk2 slings ever made. A shame it went the way it did.

Dimitri is a good guy and has a following. This Bryce character is a coward. Hopefully Dimitri starts a new company that we can all support.

Have to agree, the release from Bryce was very suspect. I supported Ares, but this new entity has just burned it’s bridge with me. Best of luck to Dimitri, you still have my support brother.
