Be Heard: What Discontinued Piece of Gear Would You Bring Back?

This will be the first in a series of posts where you get a chance to be heard! I’ll come up with the question (or you can submit an idea for a question via the contact page) and you supply the answers.

What piece of gear that is currently discontinued by its manufacturer would you bring back if you could?

Comment below with your answer and be heard!

Just for the record… I wish Blue Force Gear would bring back the DAP Packs. They were completely under appreciated. What is not to like about well made, relatively light weight packs that are completely and easily user configurable. I will never let go of my Skye or Micro DAP packs.

5.11 had a mesh plate carrier that was cheap and effective. It was perfect for a quick rifle threat upgrade and cost less than 50 bucks!

Cool idea Matt! I really like the Spyderco Street Bowie and always wanted to see Spyderco bring it back. Thankfully, they are. I am sure there are many discontinued knives that I would love to see resurface, none immediately leap to mind however.

Definitely the BFG DAP series. Those bags / Dappers were awesome.

Trent, just so you know. The Dappers are still in production. Only the bags have been discontinued for now.

Lost Mountain Iron Works sheaths… not sure if this is a valid wish, since the whole company shuttered, but their gear was nice.
